Jojova Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Jojova platform ("Jojova", "we", "us") and users of the platform ("you", "member"). By accessing or using the Jojova website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Jojova is an online Sports Betting platform licensed by international gaming authorities. Our services are intended solely for individuals who are legally permitted to participate in online betting in their jurisdiction.

Jojova reserves the right to deny platform access to any individual, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and use Jojova's services:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online betting is legally permitted.
• Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

• Individuals on Jojova's prohibited list may not register.

You are fully responsible for the security and use of your Jojova account. It is your duty to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.

• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify Jojova immediately.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Your account name cannot be changed — it is tied to the identity used at registration.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months) may be subject to an administrative fee.

We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your Jojova account at all times. It adds an extra layer of security to your account. No Jojova representative will ever ask for your password or OTP over the phone or via messages.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Jojova. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit limit is determined by your membership tier.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical issue, this may take up to 24 hours.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and may be returned.

Withdrawal:
