Signing up on Jojova is quick and easy. On the registration page, Go ahead and enter your full name, username, email, mobile number, and a strong password. Confirm you are 18+ and agree to the terms and conditions. Your account will be active within just a few minutes.

To register, you'll need:
  • Full name (as it appears on your National ID)
  • An active email address
  • Bangladeshi mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX)
  • Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
  • A strong password
A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested later for account verification.

On the login page, Go to the page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email address — a reset link will be sent to you within a few minutes. Click the link and set your new password. The link is valid for 1 hour.

No. Jojova's policy allows only one account per person. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited. If you're having any issues, please reach out to support directly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in and click the "Deposit" button. Choose your preferred payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Enter the amount and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment. Your balance is typically updated within 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 2–24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal. Processing may take a little longer during peak periods.

Betting & Odds

Log in and Sports Betting Go to the page. Choose your preferred sport and match. Click on any odds to add them to your bet slip. Enter your stake and click "Confirm Bet". The amount will be deducted from your balance automatically.

Odds reflect the probability of a win and the potential payout. Jojova uses decimal format. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a ৳100 bet returns ৳250 in total (৳150 in profit) if you win. Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger payout. For more details, Match Odds Visit the page.

Live betting, or in-play betting, lets you place bets in real time while a match is in progress. Odds change moment to moment. Head to the Live Betting section and place your bet on any ongoing match or event. Be ready to decide quickly — odds can shift very fast.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be automatically refunded to your account. This is usually processed within 24 hours. For single bets, the full amount is returned; for combo bets, that selection is treated as void.

The minimum bet is ৳20 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary by match and market. Limits are higher for major international matches and lower for smaller leagues. The maximum limit for each bet is displayed on the bet slip.

Click on the odds for multiple matches and they'll be added to your bet slip. On the bet slip, select the "Multiple" or "Accumulator" tab. If all your selections win, you'll receive a payout based on the combined odds. If even one loses, the entire bet is lost. Combo bets carry higher risk but offer much greater rewards.
